Hello Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Families,

IMPORTANT DATES!

End-of-Year Performance: June 4

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming End-of-Year Performance and Kindergarten Graduation ceremony. Following the performance, we will transition directly into our Kindergarten Graduation ceremony, where we will celebrate our kindergarten students and this important milestone.

    Performance Date: Thursday, June 4

    Time: 2:00 PM

    Location: Performing Arts Center

Kindergarten Families: Please join us after the ceremony for a Graduation celebration in the Dining Hall.

This year’s theme is “Once Upon a School Year,” where our students will take you on a special journey through the school year, from preschool through kindergarten. Each classroom will perform songs that reflect their experiences and milestones, creating a storybook-style performance with a beginning, middle, and end. In this story, the students are the main characters — growing, learning, and ultimately reaching the exciting milestone of graduation. The program has been thoughtfully designed to be meaningful, structured, academic, and fun for both students and families.

We can’t wait to see our students shine on stage and truly appreciate your participation in making this a memorable and meaningful way to wrap up a wonderful school year. We look forward to celebrating our students’ hard work, growth, and accomplishments with you during this special event.

A friendly reminder that my door is always open! As the Early Childhood Education Coordinator, I truly value your partnership and welcome the opportunity to connect. If you ever have questions, concerns, or ideas to help strengthen our program, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m always happy to set up a time to talk.

For matters that may feel a bit more sensitive, such as behavior, classroom procedures, or individual concerns, I kindly ask that you reach out to me directly rather than speaking with the teachers. This helps ensure that conversations are handled thoughtfully, consistently, and with the care each situation deserves.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions, I am always happy to help!

Thank you,

Melanie Gilles
