Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up! October 15th & 16th. 

Wednesday Oct 15th will be an early dismissal day. Students will be dismissed from school at 12:30 PM. For your convenience, Extended Day will be offered 12:30-6:00 PM on this day.

Why Parent-Teacher Conferences Matter in Preschool and Pre-K

 Parent-teacher conferences are a valuable opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school. In these early years, children are developing foundational skills (social, emotional, and academic) that set the stage for future learning. Conferences give families a chance to hear about their child’s growth, celebrate milestones, and better understand how they are learning and engaging with peers. They also provide space for parents to share insights from home, ask questions, and work together with teachers to support their child’s development. These conversations ensure that every child is seen, supported, and set up for success. 

Student School Picture Retake Day is Wednesday Oct 8th. If your student will be retaking there pictures you may send them to school dressed in their non-uniform clothing. Please have a change of uniform clothes packed in their backpack for them to change into afterwards.

As the weather cools down, please ensure you send your child with a sweater for outside and mittens and a hat for those really chilly days coming up soon. Label everything with your child's name to help our lost and found from growing!

A​ couple of Friendly Reminders:

• Please take some time to review the ECE Student Handbook if you have not already!
• ​Labels on Everything!! (clothes, water bottles, lunchboxes, etc.) 
•  Check your students Friday Folder every Friday, return on Monday
• ​Naptime items – Bring home on weekends to wash, return on Monday 
• School day starts at 8:00 AM
• Daily Attendance taken at 8:00 AM by classroom teacher 
• No parents in classroom after 8:00 AM 
• If your child will not be in school, parent must notify the school by 8:00 AM via the following
