ISM Employee Referral Pilot Program
As we aim to continue to grow the ISM community, we recognize the power of word-of-mouth referrals. Your recommendations help us maintain and expand our presence throughout the Twin Cities area and beyond.
Beginning April 1, 2025, current ISM employees will receive a $1,500 tuition reduction or referral bonus for each family they refer to ISM. Current employees will receive the referral after the referred family successfully completes their first term of enrollment. If a family is not mentioned at the time of application, we will not be able to offer the discount or bonus.
- To receive the discount referred families must be new to ISM as of April 1, 2025.
- The referred family must mention the referring employee in the completed electronic application.
- The referral amount will be prorated based on the amount of school year attended (should a referred family start half-way through the year, the amount would be ~$750.00).
- Employees with dependents enrolled must first follow the tuition reduction noted in the ISM Family Referral Program policy, if your balance has been paid in full, you may opt to receive a taxable payment.
- Employees who do not have dependent(s) enrolled, may opt to receive a taxable payment.
- An employee’s status must be ‘Active’ at the time the payment is processed, or the amount is forfeited.
