Parade of Nations

The Parade of Nations proudly kicks off International Day with a vibrant celebration of the cultures that make up our ISM community. Students represent their heritage by carrying national flags and wearing traditional attire, creating a colorful and meaningful procession that reflects the diversity and global spirit at the heart of our World Explorer celebration.

Cultural Performances

11:00 AM-12:15 PM (Immediately following the Parade of Nations)

The cultural performances are always a highlight, bringing our celebration to life through vibrant dance, instrumental music, 
and song.

This year’s featured performers include:

• Jawaahir – An Egyptian dance company showcasing traditional and contemporary dances from across the Middle East.
• Colombia Live MN – A dynamic Colombian dance company dedicated to celebrating and promoting the richness of Colombian culture.
• French Trio – A lively trio featuring accordion, lead vocals, and guitar, bringing the charm and spirit of French music to the stage.

International Café

12:30-2:30 PM

Take your taste buds on a World Explorer adventure at our International Café. Enjoy a delicious selection of foods and drinks inspired by the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of our featured cultures—each dish offering a true taste of its country.

Global Discovery Rooms

12:15-3:00 PM

Travel from country to country as each featured culture transforms a classroom into an immersive World Explorer destination. These vibrant spaces showcase traditions, history, and daily life through interactive displays, hands-on activities, and cultural demonstrations led by students and staff. Be sure to stamp your passport at each stop as you explore the world throughout the day.

Explorer Experience Zones

12:15-3:00 PM

Step into hands-on adventure at our Explorer Experience Zones, where innovation and imagination come together. Guests can operate a robot with our Robotics Team, try virtual reality experiences that take you on a journey through the featured countries, pose for fun photos at our festive booth, and even step into the role of a news anchor in our broadcasting studio using a real teleprompter. With interactive experiences for all ages, there’s always something 
new to discover.
